KCR treats your privacy with respect and is committed to keep and protect the information it holds about you. The following privacy policy describes the way in which we gather information, the type of information we gather, the way we use the information as well as the way in which you, as the subject of the information, can remove or change it.

The Types of Information we Gather
We gathered two types of information from users on the website:

However, you agree that without providing the necessary personal information we will not be able to offer you the services which are based on this information.
The Database
The personal information which will be gathered about the users will be kept in a database at KCR which is managed by law (“the Database”), and at its responsibility. The registration and use of the website attest to your consent to this privacy policy. The use of the personal information in the Database will be done in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy or in accordance with the provisions of any law – for the purposes specified hereinafter.
The Purposes of Gathering the Using the Information
We use non personal information for statistical, analytical and research purposes, as well as for the purpose of adapting, developing and improving the website and the services given in its framework.
We use the details of the user in order to send newsletters as selected by the user, and subject to the provisions of the applicable law.

The Right to View the Information and the Right to be Forgotten
In accordance with the Privacy Protection Act, 5741-1981, the user is entitled to view personal information about him which is held in the Database. The user who has viewed personal information about him and his found that it is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or not updated, is entitled to contact us with a request to amend the personal information or to delete it. In addition, if the personal information in the Database is used for the purpose of a personal inquiry to you, you are entitled in accordance with the Privacy Protection Act, 5741-1981, to request in writing that the personal information referring to you is deleted from the Database.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR TO UPDATE THIS PRIVACY POLICY AT ANY TIME, AND ASK THE USER TO VIEW THIS PRIVACY POLICY AGAIN FROM TIME TO TIME. WE WILL UPDATE THE USERS ON ANY MATERIAL CHANGE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY ON THE WEBSITE HOME PAGE. MATERIAL CHANGES WILL ENTER INTO EFFECT FOURTEEN (14) DAYS AFTER THE NOTICE WAS GIVEN ON THE WEBSITE. ALL OTHER CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY WILL ENTER INTO EFFECT IMMEDIATELY, AND YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE WEBSITE AFTER THE LAST UPDATE SHALL CONSTITUTE YOUR CONSENT TO THE CHANGES BINDING YOU.
