Avi Kaminsky established KCR in 1999 after a series of business recovery processes which included leading Israeli companies such as Hed Arzi, Maariv, Horim Veyeladim magazine, Netpos, Office Depot and more. Avi has an array of qualities and business experience which combine humanity and family qualities along with handling stressful situations and decision making process under conditions of uncertainty.

Avi deals in long distance sports and in 2018 he successfully finished the Ironman competition in Austria.

Managerial, Business and Operational role

Baruch Peri has served for 29 years in the Prime Minister’s office, where he performed senior management positions in a variety of fields. He has vast and proven experience in managing large bodies, in establishing new and innovative units and arrays and in leading change and recovery processes for large and complex organizational arrays. During his service he has accumulated vast practical experience in managing field and headquarters units at a senior rank including setting organizational directives, managing large budget frameworks, formulating action plans, preparing perennial work plans, designing organizational structures, managing management and matrix work teams and leading long-term projects at high levels of complexity and sensitivity. As part of his work at KCR he implements his vast experience in leading company recovery and rehabilitation processes.

Baruch holds a Bachelor’s degree in politics and strategy from the Bar Ilan University and a Master’s degree in public policy for managers (EMPP) from the Tel Aviv University.

Ram Harmelekh
Ram Harmelekh
Business, Financial and Financing role

Ram Harmelekh is an expert in financial and business management at a variety of senior roles in the banking system and the capital market for over 30 years. He began his way as an economist in the business division of Bank Leumi, was among the founders of Maalot the Israeli Company for Security Ranking, has acted as a main analyst and then as company CEO. In 1998 he established and managed the business division in Mercantile Discount Bank and acted as deputy CEO of the bank and was in charge of credit risks. In 2012 he established Manof MRNG, a boutique company, owned by him, dealing in individual financial consultation and support to corporate and middle market companies.

Ram has in depth business understanding, proven ability to formulate arrangements and a wide acquaintance with the banking system as well as proven experience in formulating recovery plans and leading turnaround processes during emergencies.

Ram holds a Bachelor’s degree in statistics (BA) and a Master’s degree (MBA) in business management specializing in financing, both from the Tel-Aviv University.

Human resources, Management and Finances

Nurit has been an accountant for more than 20 years and has worked in a variety of companies over the years. Nurit is responsible for finances, wages and accounting on a regular basis and supports KCR’s financial department. As part of her work, Nurit is responsible for recruiting employees, job interviews, regular conduct with the company employees, management and administration as well as leisure activities and events.

Yossi Ersaban manages the financial department at KCR which is composed of several accountants, analysts and account managers. Yossi managers and audits processes of financial report production and analysis, creates recovery plans, finds opportunities to improve cash flows for companies at a crisis, examines the ability to operate companies in difficulties and more.

In the past he has acted as a senior in the audit department in the PWC accountant firm and holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, specializing in risk management, from the College of Management Academic Studies.

Accountant in the financial department

Hadar Vinternitz is an accountant in the team of the financial department. Hadar is responsible for cash flow management and control, contact with institutions and external factors, analysis of financial reports and data processing. In the past, Hadar worked at the Ministry of Defense, prepared audits including salary audits and budget feasibility audits, has experience as an accountant of private and public companies, associations and self employed businesses.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in economics and administration and an accountant certificate specializing in international standardization (IFRS).

Since 2000 Lee Laster has been dealing in marketing and business development in the B2B world, specializing in global digital marketing. In the modern world, Lee implements knowledge and capabilities traversing the seamline between strategic marketing, sales and negotiating, and over the years he has provided his expertise to a variety of companies in the world of technology, medicine and aviation.

Since its establishment, Lee has ensured that KCR continues to grow, by developing and improving the company’s marketing and business infrastructure.

Lee holds a BA degree in computer sciences, an MBA majoring in global marketing from the IDC in Herzlia, and an executive studies diploma from the Wharton University in Pennsylvania.

Dov Shmueli
Dov Shmueli
Analyst

Dov began his career as an economist at PWC’s consulting firm, conducting valuations and preparing business plans. In the past, he managed the economics department of Packer Steel focusing on budgeting, pricing, process streamlining, cost analysis and mergers and acquisitions made by the company. He then moved to NDJ – an international company that manufactures and markets irrigation solutions worldwide.
Dov has a deep business understanding, an understanding of industrial processes both from a physical and economical standpoint. Dov has extensive knowledge in analyzing costs and pricing products, analyzing financial statements, analyzing competitive environments, valuing companies and preparing business plans. Dov holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in economics from Tel Aviv University.

Yair Hirsh

Managerial, Business and Operational role

Yair is a Colonel (Res.) in an elite infantry brigade. Yair has extensive experience in managing companies in the private sector and in performing senior staff positions in the public sector and in the IDF. Yair served as Chief of Staff to Justice Minister MK Ayelet Shaked. Prior to that, he served as CEO of two subsidiaries in the field of food in the Leiman Schlissl Group Ltd. and as VP of Operations in the Communications Group of businessman Shlomo Ben-Zvi. Yair has extensive experience in developing marketing, trade and operations. Yair has proven experience in implementing structural and cultural changes aimed at achieving goals and results along with improving work processes, savings and efficiency. Yair holds a bachelor’s degree in extended law (LLB) and a master’s degree in commercial law (LLM), both from Bar Ilan University.
