Avi Kaminsky established KCR in 1999 after a series of business recovery processes which included leading Israeli companies such as Hed Arzi, Maariv, Horim Veyeladim magazine, Netpos, Office Depot and more. Avi has an array of qualities and business experience which combine humanity and family qualities along with handling stressful situations and decision making processes under conditions of uncertainty.
Avi deals in long distance sports and in 2018 he successfully finished the Ironman competition in Austria.
Ram Harmelekh is an expert in financial and business management at a variety of senior roles in the banking system and the capital market for over 30 years. He began his way as an economist in the business division of Bank Leumi, was among the founders of Maalot the Israeli Company for Security Ranking, has acted as a main analyst and then as company CEO. In 1998 he established and managed the business division in Mercantile Discount Bank and acted as deputy CEO of the bank and was in charge of credit risks. In 2012 he established Manof MRNG, a boutique company, owned by him, dealing in individual financial consultation and support to corporate and middle market companies.
Ram has in-depth business understanding, proven ability to formulate arrangements and a wide acquaintance with the banking system as well as proven experience in formulating recovery plans and leading turnaround processes during emergencies.
Ram holds a Bachelor’s degree in statistics (BA) and a Master’s degree (MBA) in business management specialising in financing, both from the Tel-Aviv University.
Nurit has been an accountant for more than 20 years and has worked in a variety of companies over the years. Nurit is responsible for finances, wages and accounting on a regular basis and supports KCR’s financial department. As part of her work, Nurit is responsible for recruiting employees, job interviews, regular conduct with the company employees, management and administration as well as leisure activities and events.
Yossi Ersaban manages the financial department at KCR which is composed of several accountants, analysts and account managers. Yossi manages and audits processes of financial report production and analysis, creates recovery plans, finds opportunities to improve cash flows for companies in a crisis, examines the ability to operate companies in difficulties and more.
In the past he has acted as a senior in the audit department in the PWC accountant firm and holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, specialising in risk management, from the College of Management Academic Studies.
Since 2000 Lee Laster has been dealing in marketing and business development in the B2B world, specialising in global digital marketing. In the modern world, Lee implements knowledge and capabilities traversing the seamline between strategic marketing, sales and negotiating, and over the years he has provided his expertise to a variety of companies in the world of technology, medicine and aviation.

Tali Ganni has 25 years of experience in the banking arena, she served in a variety of senior management positions while specialising as a credit expert. In her last position, she served as the manager of the Haifa and North Business Center at Discount Bank.
Tali has an extensive management background, including team management, implementing organisational changes, formulating annual work plans, performance management, and the ability to work with multiple interfaces simultaneously.
In the financial field she accompanied business clients in various processes, analysis and in-depth understanding of credit applications, branch analyses, analysis of financial statements and more.

Rotem, a former combatant and military commander, heads the Business Intelligence (BI) department at KCR. Using his military experience, which includes intelligence gathering capabilities, negotiation management and technological procurement – Rotem harnesses his management skills and lateral vision for managing business intelligence projects for KCR’s customers.
Rotem has a bachlor’s degree in business administration with a specialisation in finance and capital markets from the academic College of Management.
Gilad has over 21 years of experience in Israel and the world in business analytics, diverse IT fields and the world of Business Intelligence (BI) while focusing on Big Data, predictive analysis, customer behaviour models, market segmentation and sales optimization. Gilad’s practical experience spans a variety of fields including – telecommunications, insurance, pharmaceuticals, banking, medical equipment, chemical industry, military and more.
For the past decade Gilad has maintained an interest in the consequences of social networks on local and global politics.
Gilad has a degree in industrial engineering and management from The College of Management Academic Studies.
Mickey Bishitz Shein, CPA, has over 20 years of experience in finance, including 12 years as CFO of the global company Eventim. Mickey has extensive experience in leading strategic processes in accounting and reporting, risk management, collections, information systems, and project management. He has a rich background in mergers and acquisitions of companies and business activities. Mickey excels in creative thinking, setting goals, and building business processes to achieve them. Tal Carmi is an expert in finance and financial management, with a career spanning over 28 years in the corporate division of Discount Bank. During his tenure at the bank, he held a series of senior positions, including Credit Analyst, Credit Manager, Head of Special Loans Department, Credit Risk Manager, and ultimately, Head of Corporate Finance and Acting Chair of the Corporate Credit Committee.
Tal has extensive experience leading large-scale financing transactions, a broad business perspective, and a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary interfaces.
He currently serves as a member of the credit committee of one of Israel’s largest institutional bodies, as well as a member of the investment committee of a mezzanine debt fund.
Tal holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bar-Ilan University, an MBA from Ben-Gurion University, and is a graduate of the Directors and Officers Course at Reichman University (formerly the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya).
Ariel is a financial analyst with extensive background in risk management, liquidity management, and corporate finance. Professionally, he served as a Senior Analyst at Discount Bank, where he played a central role in building the group’s financing strategy and managed liquidity for the Discount Group. Prior to that, as an analyst at MNS Consulting, he advised companies through investment banking processes, conducted valuations at significant scale, and was involved in managing major debt restructuring arrangements.
Ariel possesses strong analytical capabilities and proficiency across a wide range of technological tools and information systems. He lives and breathes the financial world — closely following capital markets, researching macroeconomic trends, and actively engaged in investing and trading stocks and options.
Ariel holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance and Real Estate from the Open University of Israel, as well as two undergraduate degrees from Bar-Ilan University — one in Economics and one in Applied Mathematics.
