As part of a business improvement service performed by KCR, the distribution company Guri is acquiring part of the firm Tvuot which produces and markets natural and organic food products. The founder of the company, Nimrod Parnas, will remain in his role as CEO. Guri was established in 1972 and is privately owned. It’s turnover is estimated at around 300 Million ILS.
